Well y'all went and did it again! You sold out the upcoming Mark Ryan wine dinner on November 15, but don't worry if you didn't get in this time there will be another dinner soon! Thanks everyone and see you soon!!!
1st wine dinner is in the books....here is what you missed! 1st course - pan seared rabbit loin with black olive caramel and preserved ground cherries. 2nd course- Warm chanterelle salad with speck and a sunny quail egg. 3rd course- Prosciutto wrapped tuna loin with brussel sprout apple hash, fried potato hay and red wine jus. 4th course- Seared lamb chops with roasted thumbelina carrots and turnip puree 5th course- Roasted pear and raisin galette with burnt honey ice cream. We would like to give a gigantic thank you to all that joined us tonight. We experienced a large power outage at the start of service that lasted 2.5 hours and those of you that stayed offered such kindness and care for the stress that we were going through on this very big night for our industry! The ones that we missed tonight, we are sincerely sorry and we hope you were able to fill your bellies with deliciousness and your celebration of the New Year was fabulous. We will catch you next year! To all of our supporters past and present, we wish you the greatest of celebrations and we cannot wait to see you, feed you and make you smile in 2018!!!
